John Hood, MayorCAO

Jon Hood

Good Day my name is Jon Hood, I was first elected to Village council in April of 2010 and I have been re-elected twice since. My wife Joyce and I moved to Warner in 2008 and we have enjoyed are time in Warner and found the community to be a wonderful place for us to live and hopefully retire. Joyce and I have 2 adult sons and 2 grandsons, we enjoy gardening, landscaping and walking are dog. As most of you know by now my focus on council is to help bring the community forward with regards to infrastructure, I  also believe in being accountable to the citizens of our community and I feel that council needs to represent your needs and concerns. I look forward to representing you the citizens of Warner for another 4 years.

My name is, Tyler Lindsay, I work for Triple W Natural Gas Coop, and have been there for 3 years. I was born in Warner and have lived here most of my life. I am married to my wonderful and supportive wife Trista and we have a 3 year old son Cooper. I attended 12 years of school here in this great community and would like my son to be able to do the same. I joined town council to be more involved in the community and to help grow the amazing town that we already have.

Ian Glendinning, CouncillorCouncillor

Ian Glendinning

Hi!  I'm Ian Glendinning and my wife and I have lived in Warner for 2 years. I was educated in Lethbridge and Calgary.  I have been self employed for most of my working life until I retired 2 years ago.  We have 2 children that live in Lethbridge.  The friendliness and amenities of this Village made it easy for us to choose Warner as our permanent home.  I plan on spending many years here enjoying this wonderful community.

Sandi Hedin, CouncillorCouncillor

Sandi Hedin

I was born and raised in Wetaskiwin and Edmonton. I went off to school in Nelson, BC – but came back to Alberta frequently, just to see the sky. I met my husband in BC, and eventually we moved to a little place on Highway 16, called Topley. After retirement we started looking around for a place to live, in Alberta, that would see us enjoying a little better weather and found Warner, where we’ve spent the last eight years and counting. I’ve always been involved in clubs and associations, believing it’s the best way to live in relatively isolated communities. I feel strongly that one should contribute however you can, to the place you live. Being on Council gives me even larger opportunities to work cooperatively with our neighbor communities to keep all of us strong, viable and desirable places to live.

Danny LeCain, CouncillorDeputy Mayor

Dannie LeCain

My name is Danny LeCain, I work for Volker Stevin and have been there for the last five and a half years.
I was born and raised in Warner and now I want to raise my family here. I’m married to my wonderful wife Chelsea and together we have three beautiful children, Hayden 9, Ava 3, and Axl 2.
My family is one of the main reasons why i got into town council. I want my kids to grow up in a fun, clean, active, amazing community. I see Warner as a thriving community moving ahead and taking on many new challenges.
